About Us

JonSimon Estate Agents is owned and managed by brothers Simon and Jonathan Morris who formed the company back in 2008. After 2 years of steady growth from their Stand Lane office in Radcliffe they expanded the team and moved their flagship office to its current home on Church Street West.

In March 2012 they opened their second office in Greenmount which is run and managed on a day to day basis by Michael Greenhalgh who after being with JonSimon from day one become a Company Director.

Roll on another 2 years and in May 2014 their third office on Bury Old Road in Whitefield was launched.

Over the years the JonSimon has continued to grow and from humble beginning on Stand Lane with Jon, Simon and Michael opening with not one house to sell, they now have a fantastic 20 man sales team around them with over 300 properties currently available for either sale or rent and also manage over 400 rental properties.

After a successful 7 years selling and renting property, in 2013 JonSimon Financial Advice was launched to run alongside the Estate Agency. The Company is run from offices above Church Street West in Radcliffe and is managed by business partner Daniel Smethurst who has been working in the industry for the past 15 years.
